- Call ANJI at (404) 656-6687 or 1-800-659-2654.
- When ANJI answers, enter your Member
Number and the “#” sign.
- When ANJI asks for your “access
code,” enter your four-digit or
letter code and the “#” sign.
During your first call to ANJI, you will
enter the last four-digits of your social
security number (assigned code until you
enter your personal code) and you will
then be instructed to establish your personal
access code. This code will also allow
you to conduct online banking here.
- Enter the appropriate service code and
end all entries with the “#”
sign.
